Processing time

Most items are made to order. Orders ship within 2–3 business days. If anything changes, we’ll email you.

Shipping rates (United States)

Orders $35 and over ship free with Standard shipping. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $5.99 with Standard shipping. Express shipping may be available at checkout at the displayed rate.

Carriers and transit

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days in transit after the order ships. Express shipping typically takes 1–2 business days in transit after the order ships. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Tracking is emailed when your shipping label is created.

Wrong addresses and missing packages

Double-check your address at checkout. If a package shows delivered but is missing, contact us at sales@rackforged.com within 7 days and we’ll work with the carrier.
