Shipping policy

Processing time. Most items are made to order. Orders ship within
1–2 business days. If anything changes that, we'll email you.

Shipping rates (US). Orders $35 and over ship free (Standard).
Orders under $35 ship at a flat $6.99 Standard rate. 

Carriers & transit. We ship UPS Ground Saver (typically 2–5
business days in transit). Tracking is emailed when your label is
created.

Shipping area. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Wrong address / lost packages. Double-check your address at
checkout. If a package shows delivered but is missing, contact us at sales@rackforged.com within 7 days and we'll work it out with the carrier.
